Wanda is a United States Veteran who is passionate about helping others and making a difference in people’s lives. She has over 20 years of experience in the hearing industry and is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care, education, and service to her patients.

What to Expect

When you choose Hearing Heal, you will always be treated with kindness and respect. We love getting to know our patients and our team is passionate about hearing health.

1. Your appointment will begin with a conversation to go over your paperwork. Our goal is to gather a better understanding of who you are, what your hearing needs are, and what your goals are.

2. We will perform an ear exam to look inside your ear canal and at your eardrum. We need to determine that your ears are healthy and clear of excessive earwax before we can start the hearing exam.

3. You will wear a pair of headphones while we assess your ability to hear different sounds at various frequencies. We will also perform a word recognition test where we will assess how well you can hear words in noise and in quiet.

4. We will go over your audiogram (the results of your hearing test) and answer any questions you may have.

5. If you could be helped by hearing aids, we will go over some options that will work for your unique needs.

Hearing Heal is a preferred hearing care provider for the NFL Players Association’s Professional Athletes Foundation. Through this partnership, the PAF aims to bring better hearing to former professional athletes and their fans across the nation. Together, we spread awareness, help players in need of hearing care, and collect data on the connection between hearing loss and professional football.
